Estate planning

We help assist clients with their estate planning needs from drafting Wills, Powers of Attorneys, Directives to Physicians, Testamentary Trusts, Transfer on Death Deeds and Living Trusts. When we assist our clients in estate planning matters, we develop a personalized plan taking in to consideration such issues as reducing family conflict, protection for minors, special needs planning, tax related concerns, protection in the event of incapacity, blended family related concerns, and creditor protection.

Probate

The probate process may seem intimidating and can be daunting for someone who has no prior experience with probate or estate matters.  We help guide clients through the probate process whether they need assistance with an Independent or Dependent Administration, Heirship Determination or more simplified probate procedure such as Muniment of Title, Affidavit of Heirship, or Small Estates Affidavit.

 ELDER LAW AND GUARDIANSHIP

Elder law covers a broad variety of legal issues that are specific to seniors.  We assist clients in elder law matters that relate to estate planning for incapacity and special needs and guardianship.  We also assist clients in guardianship proceedings when a guardian is needed for a minor child or an adult who suffer from a disability that requires a guardian to assist with daily care and/or financial decisions.
